February Studio Update + Free February Desktop Calendar
Hi Art Friends,
Here is your Free February Desktop Calendar. This month’s image is a small snippet from a mixed media piece I made in January/February 2019, called “Love”. It hangs in my home as a daily reminder to choose love, the full painting is below.
Below are a few pictures of what we were up to in the month of January…
Artistically I continued to work on “Deep Hope” and have it just about finished. All it needs are the sides painted and to be varnished. I also worked on a few geode inspired resin pieces. As well as played a bit with colorful acrylic birch trees. Hoping these might become a theme… stay tuned still experimenting here.
Personally, I have been working more in the evenings so I do not have as much time to dedicate to my art. My schedule will free up again in March as sports officiating is a seasonal thing and right now it’s basketball.
